Heth Realty is a full-service real estate and property management company.  We specialize in residential and commercial properties for sale and lease in the Jacksonville area.  We were founded in 1975 and, in 2008, Wanda Franklin became the owner/broker.  Wanda brought with her 20+ years as a property manager. Her staff of property managers and sales associates bring over 70 years of experience of selling real estate in the Jacksonmville area.  As explained in a popular insurance commercial, they can handle it all because they’ve seen it all.

We offer two types of property management for the landlord.  We provide full-service management or tenant placement only.  Our goal is to manage your property as if it were our own.
